At APKCanvas, we admire the intellectual property rights of others, and we anticipate our druggies to do the same. Statement of Accuracy Include a statement that the information handed in your notice is accurate and that you’re the brand proprietor or authorized to act on behalf of the brand proprietor.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

still, or if you have the necessary authorization from the brand proprietor, the brand proprietor’s agent, If you believe that the material removed or disabled by us isn’t infringing. The counter-notification must contain the following information

Identification of Removed Material Describe the material that was removed and give the position( similar as URLs) where the material preliminarily appeared.

Statement of Good Faith Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

concurrence to governance State that you assent to the governance of the Federal District Court for your judicial quarter( or if you’re located outside of the United States, for any judicial quarter in which APKCanvas may be set up), and that you’ll accept service of process from the person who handed the original violation announcement.

3. Conduct We Will Take

Upon damage of a valid DMCA notice, APKCanvas will take prompt action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We’ll also notify the stoner responsible for posting the content. In the event of a validcounter-notification, we will notify the original plaintiff and may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless we admit further notice that the plaintiff has filed a court action against the stoner.

4. Reprise Infringers

APKCanvas reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of druggies who are set up to be repeat infringers. We’ll act consequently to misbehave with the DMCA and respect brand laws.

Please note that any misrepresentation of data in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may affect in legal consequences. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney‘s freights, if you deliberately make a false claim regarding brand violation.
